The following are sample messages to assist with setting up Automated Lunch Balance Alerts:

Message Content (Phone Call):

Hello.  This is a message from [school/].  Your student, [firstname/] [lastname/] has a low lunch balance of [balance/] as of [today/]. Please send payment with your student as soon as possible or call the school office at 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 1 with any questions regarding your student’s balance. Thank you.

Note: The phone number is spaced out as best practice, so that it is read slowly and as a single digit at one time.

Short Message Content (SMS/TXT):

[firstname/] has a low lunch balance of [balance/] as of [today/]. Please send payment with your student as soon as possible or call the school office at 123-456-7891.

E-mail Content (E-mail):

Hello. This is a message from [school/].  Your student, [firstname/] [lastname/] has a low lunch balance of [balance/] as of [today/]. Please send payment with your student as soon as possible or call the school office at 123-456-7891 with any questions regarding your student’s balance. Thank you.
